Bcaa Mass Amino

Good workout for definition?

Hi, I have been working out on and off for about 5 years. I have currently been working out for 2 years consistently. I would consider myself in good shape. I can pump out 70 push ups in 50 sec (nonstop), bench 250 pounds, dead lift over 300 pounds, curl about 45 pounds etc. However other then the loss of some extra body fat my body looks the same. I have had no problem gaining strength considering once i couldn’t do any push ups but mass is a problem. For the past few months i have experimented with creatine but the gains seem extremely minimal and not worth the risks of the product. I currently take protein powder and on a daily basis i take omega 3 pills, glutamine pills, amino 1000(similar to bcaa), and a good centrum multivitamin. Just looking for some tips that would help with achieving some definition. Thanks : ) If it matters im 19, 6 feet and 180 pounds
i used to run but now my only cardio is a warmup, 5-10 min

A few thing how much cardio are you doing? Overkill in cardio can lead to loss in muscle mass. As well over training.
Pre workout should take in carbs to prevent from burning up your protein>
Whats your post work out look like? Lots of people make the mistake in just taking in proteins when you should be taking in carbs(aswell as protein). Carbing up after work outs will help feed your muscles glycogen..though glycolysis.
