Berry Power Diet
I would like some other ‘dieters’ thoughts/advice on my current eating lifestyle.?
I am a 24 year old female, and I’m not exactly sure how much I weighed before my ‘diet’ but I think I’ve lost about 5-6 kilos in the past 11 days havin’ started my ‘new lifestyle’.
I eat fruits (maybe 5-7 pieces) and have a tub of soy yogurt during the day and sometimes have a bowl of porridge (quick oats) with soymilk, prunes and frozen berries in the evening. I am worried that I have reached a weight plateau..Is it possible so early in the diet?
In the last 2 days I seldom feel hungry..Like all day today all I’ve eaten was 2 bananas, 3 small apricots, 1/2 rockmelon & soymilk..
I plan to add some salad and fish after I have lost at least another 10 kilos. I power walk for 30 minutes (sometimes 45 when I’m feeling up for it) at least 6 days a week on the treadmill.
My skin is glowing and I feel more alive. I know all of you may be thinkin’ that i should stop dietin’ but I don’t think I am missin’ out on many vitamins/minerals. I take fishoil and grapeseed extract.
Are you sure you’re getting enough calories? And it doesn’t seem like you don’t get enough carbohydrates if at all. Your body needs carbohydrates for basic fuel and contrary to popular belief it IS good for you.
