Isalean/Isagenix shakes PLEASE HELP! (protein type shakes)?
Hi all! I have just purchased the isagenix 30 day cleanse system, but i do not drink milk and find the shakes wayyy too thick. i do not want to quit the cleanse but i CAN NOT drink the shakes. I have even added berries and anything i can think of. Can you please help me make these shakes thinner and drinkable? All help or suggestions will be GREATLY appreciated! 
The shakes are to be made with pure water and/or ice only, no milk.
You can add as much or as little water as you like to make it the consistency you enjoy.
