can beta blocker medication hinder weight loss?
I take beta blocker medication which slows my heart rate down, I recently joined a gym cause I need to lose weight. From what i understand a person needs to get their hr up to then really start to lose weight. My medication stops my heart from going into the cardio workout, but I can still get to the max. fat burn mode. am i just wasting my time and money? I cant stop the medication. I do feel better more energy, but weight loss has been very slow. I also do strength training. Anyone out there share this problem?
